Yes, it's the whole point. We work from a full end-of-tenancy checklist - inside appliances, cupboards, limescale, carpets hoovered properly - so the agent has nothing to fault on a standard clean.
Do you offer a re-clean if the agent flags something?
Yes. If something cleaning-related is pulled up on the inventory, tell us within 48 hours of the report and we'll come back and put it right, free.
How soon can you fit us in?
Most end-of-tenancy jobs are booked within a week. We keep short-notice slots open for moves and handovers - message us with the dates.
Do you clean empty or furnished properties?
Both. Empty is faster. For furnished we'll clean around the items and wipe down what's on show. Tell us which applies when you book.
Can letting agents book us directly?
Yes. Several local agents use us for their managed properties - we invoice the agent, hand keys back to the branch, no faff.
